Dr Olu is the President and CEO of Casa Foundation. She is also the Founding Partner at InVcap Corporation, a Fund Advisory and investment firm in Canada. She has over 30 years of experience in the investment sector and has garnered experience in other sectors including Funds management, nonprofit management, startup innovation and incubation. Olutoyin is a serial entrepreneur, having founded and scaled many startups, corporations, and social enterprises, including Afro Investors, Friends of Africa (FOA), and EP Incubator Academy, Black Advisory Hub Accelerator (BAH), Women Exchange (WEEx) in Canada. Olutoyin is an adjunct Professor and teaches Leadership and Entrepreneurship in many Universities. She is a seasoned public speaker and has spoken on platforms including TED, Invest in Africa, and was more recently the 2024 Keynote Speaker at the North Eastern University, Toronto, Graduation Ceremony. She holds an MBA from OAU, Nigeria, graduated from Wharton School, USA’s Advanced management program, and holds a doctorate in management (leadership) from the University of Maryland Global.

Cheryl is a founding partner at Incritical Solutions Inc. and brings a wealth of expertise to her clients. With a strong background in marketing, sales, and branding across various industries, her diverse experiences in Canada, Mexico, and New York enable her to offer unique perspectives. Cheryl is dedicated to helping clients dream big, creating tailored plans to achieve their goals. She also emphasizes the importance of work-life balance and financial well-being. Her mission is to make a meaningful difference in each client's life. Cheryl is a Certified financial planner.

Nii Odoi Yemoh is an Accountant with a CMA designation. He is the President of the Ghanaian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce and works as the Executive Director at Reality Capital Management. He is a seasoned expert in tax, finance, and artificial intelligence strategy. Nii excels in budgeting, corporate deal-making, negotiation strategy, and financial modeling. He brings a wealth of knowledge in financial accounting and reporting, with proven analytical skills from IMA – CMA. He teaches Financial Mathematics at Humber College and is dedicated to driving business development and innovation in his field through education and strategic leadership.

​He is an Advisor at Casa Foundation and Partner of Invcap Corporation. He is a Chartered Architect of 34 years from Nigeria, a project manager, and an experienced Designer with a demonstrated history of working in the architecture & Construction industry. Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup Budgeting, Project Estimation, Feasibility Studies, and Project Management. As an Entrepreneur, he has managed his architecture firm from Nigeria for over 34 years and worked in Canada’s Construction sector for 8 years with the Peel region and Orlando corporation. Olusola has now set up his firm, Archi-projects in Canada, where he provides architectural designs, project management, and construction services to a wide range of groups. Olusola is a strong real estate development professional and graduated from Harvard Graduate School of Design’s Advanced Management Design program, and a Bachelors & masters in Architecture from University of Lagos.

Ade Akinbola a Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate and Commercial Financing at Farm Credit Canada / Financement Agricole Canada. Proactive, analytical, and strategic business banking professional (15+ year’s experience). Extensive international experience spanning account acquisition, management, growth, marketing, business development and territory management. Offer record of achievement in executing projects, conducting high-dollar negotiations, increasing banking revenues, leading contractual discussions, and closing transactions. Ade is a seasoned fund-raising consultant.

​John Nelson is the Director at Carleton Innovation Hub, Sprott School of Business, Ottawa. He is an executive coach, mentor, and leader with over 17 years of experience in business development, hospitality, and higher education. He has a proven track record in managing student services and international education at multiple academic institutions in Ottawa. Throughout his career, John has been dedicated to coaching and mentoring a diverse range of individuals, including students, athletes, international education professionals, and new immigrants to Canada.

John actively contributes to his community as an Ambassador with the Ottawa Board of Trade, a member of Kiwanis Ottawa, and a mentor with the Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization (OCISO), helping immigrants transition into the Canadian workforce.

John is a member of the Board of Governors at Carleton University, Canada.

Kola Otekalu is a Human Resources expert with over 10 years of experience in talent management, resourcing, and human capital development across various sectors, including oil and gas, maritime, banking, and telecommunications in the UK and Africa. She currently works at Oceaneering Worldwide, where she is responsible for talent management and staff resourcing.

 She has previously held significant HR roles, such as Head of Recruitment at Exceed Oil (UK) from 2007 to 2011, where she developed sustainable HR strategies to support business growth. She also served as an Executive Resourcer at V-Mobile (now Airtel) from 2003 to 2005.

Kola is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (MCIPD), specializing in people resourcing, reward, employment law, learning and development, and employee relations. Her educational background includes a BA in French and English and an MSc in Human Resources Management from Aberdeen Business School at Robert Gordon University.
