Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked at least 2 days in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Sessions are conducted via Zoom. A link will be sent upon confirmation. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or to choose a new time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable, except in emergencies (at our discretion). If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No-Shows If you miss your session without prior notice, it will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable. One courtesy reschedule may be offered for first-time no-shows. Refunds Refunds are only issued if a session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Technical issues on our end that prevent the session will result in a full refund or a free reschedule. Code of Conduct Please come prepared and ready to engage. Respectful, professional communication is expected. Inappropriate behaviour will result in the session being ended immediately with no refund.
